INSPIRING BERLIN YOUTH FOR CLIMATE ACTION
The Climate Justice Camps Berlin training aims to inspire and educate on sustainable solutions to the climate crisis. It engages young students in understanding climate change, its consequences, and local action’s importance for global impact.
It’ll be on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th of July, between 9:00 and 13:00. The CJC will have 25-30 participants from the 8th and 9th grades (14-15 years old students).
About this course
In this two-day climate justice camp, children engage in challenge-based learning to address air pollution in Berlin. They will be able to explore air quality problems, identify sources of pollution and brainstorm innovative solutions.
- Who can participate: Monitors and youth leaders.
- Focus: Challenges of climate change in Berlin.
- Duration: 5 hours per day of experience.
- Language: German.
- Format: In person, place to be determined.
- Start date: July 5, 2023.
