How do we do it?
2811 accompanies universities, colleges, companies, foundations and international organizations to improve their options to successfully transition towards the changes that are required today. Organizations must reconsider their role and prepare to be part of a fairer and greener economy, one that respects planetary limits and allows for structuring sustainable strategies.
We generate strategies for a more horizontal and participatory relationship with the communities, from all areas of action, in order to make a real contribution to the territories served by the organizations. To achieve this, we rely on radical collaboration and the co-creation of solutions as central tools for strategic support.

We need tools, practices and results to promote transformative education in Latin America. For this reason, this six-month training program from Ashoka U works as a virtual incubator to connect and prepare teams of academics, managers and staff from higher education institutions in social innovation, enhancing the social and ecological impact of universities in Latin America.
Is it possible to generate changes in the institutions and the innovation capacities of the students? Through Commons Latam, the participating people have the support of mentors and international experts to train and, additionally, develop defined projects and concrete plans to implement in their institutions.

Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, which developed the Impact Investment Learning Community, hand in hand with the platform, working on a challenge of the social innovation ecosystem.
The consultancy contemplated diagnosis and accompaniment in the framework of an institutional challenge, in a process of three strategic stages of immersion, mentoring and closure.
